We will discuss all cost and payment options with you to make sure you are comfortable with your treatment plan, and will make sure to answer any questions you have prior to the start treatment. You will never have surprises when it comes to your bill.

Dental Insurance

We want you to get the most out of your budget, so we work with your insurance provider to ensure you get the best coverage available to you.

We are a Preferred Provider (PPO) for many dental insurance companies.  If you need assistance, or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our staff is knowledgeable and always available to help you. 

Membership Plan

Part of our commitment to our patients is to provide several options to pay for the dental treatments you and your family need. That’s why we offer Membership Plans at Amin Salvi Dental, which allows families without dental insurance get the treatments they need, at affordable prices.

Is Now Open!

The last few months have been challenging for all of us. We have missed seeing you, chatting with you, sharing stories with you and laughing with you. We are SO excited to finally be able to invite you back to our office!

As you already know, Amin Salvi Dental does not cut corners on safety and technology. We have always prided ourselves in exceeding the recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for infection control measures. During this closure, we decided to go above and beyond that by adding further safety measures, which have been outlined below. The comfort and safety of our patients, of our team members, and of our own families remain our top priority.

  • All essential paperwork (including a COVID-19 screening form) along with financial agreements are to be done prior to your appointment. We will be texting and emailing the links for the forms to be filled out at home or on your mobile device. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or feel ill, please reschedule your appointment and call your physician.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in the car and text or call the office. We will inform you when to enter the office so we can maintain social distancing protocols
  • When entering the office, it is mandatory to wear a mask or face covering. Although county guidelines are not as strict, we maintain this requirement for the safety of everyone. Due to a worldwide shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) we cannot provide masks. Should you require one, we will charge you $1 for the mask.
  • Patients must arrive to their appointment alone without family/friends. A single guardian will be allowed for minors, elderly and those with special needs or requirements.
  • We will be taking your temperature when arriving to our office and recording this in your records.

Here are a few additional things we are doing to keep everyone safe and healthy:

  • We have installed air purification systems in the main operatories
  • We have installed sneeze guards at the check-in and check-out areas. We request that when you are required to talk to the front desk administration, you stand behind those.
  • Before appointments, we will use a medical peroxide pre-rinse which has been proven to help kill virus particles

We will have new scheduling guidelines

You will be hearing from us shortly as we are rescheduling routine hygiene and treatment for everyone. As you can imagine, we have a large backlog of cancelled appointments so we appreciate your patience through this process.

If you have any immediate concerns, we request not to call the office but text us at the office number or email us at office.corona@aminsalvidental.com.

Due to the new protocols for physical distancing in the office, we may have limited availability of appointments. Due to this we require a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows other patients, who have been waiting, to be seen. Please be courteous to others.

For many procedures we will also be requiring a reservation fee in advance. This fee will be applied to your deductible or co-pay for the treatment and is not an additional fee of any kind.
